Company QUALITY policy

Kejuruteraan Wangemas (M) Sdn. Bhd. is committed to provision of quality services to their clients in the areas of general electrical, instrumentation and mechanical installation which consistently and continuously meets client’s specified requirements and achieves total client satisfaction.

To achieve this, we shall consistently provide highest quality services by :

  • Undertaking and managing projects effectively and efficiently through competent staff.
  • Operating within MS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
  • Ensure Quality Objectives are set at relevant departments and these objectives shall be reviewed during the management review.
  • Ensuring that all staff of Kejuruteraan Wangemas (M) Sdn. Bhd. are trained to perform their works.
  • This policy shall be communicated and understood.
  • Ensuring that all clients complaint are effectively handled and resolved within reasonable time.
  • During the annual management review this policy shall be reviewed for continuing suitability.
  • Ensuring that all projects undertaken are completed and delivered which meet client’s specified requirements in terms of quality and time.

Company QUALITY objective

At Kejuruteraan Wangemas (M) Sdn Bhd, our commitment to quality is demonstrated by the following objectives:

Customer Satisfaction
We strive to continually review and improve our quality systems through the use of customer surveys, internal audits and management reviews. The overall customer satisfaction key index should be more than 85%.

Non-conformances
We strive to continually decrease any non-conformance in products, performance, or systems, through the use of nonconforming product reports as monitored at each Management Review. The non-conformance reports received during on going project should not exceeding 15 cases per project
while there should be no complaint within the warranty period.

On-time completion
We strive to continually improve customer on-time project completion/deliveries, as measured through reschedule reports and customer complaints. The overall time completion shall not differed more than 10% against the master program.

Training
We strive to continually improve opportunities for growth for employees, as every employee will have the opportunity to complete average basic training annually.

Our company’s quality is measured by continually comparing performance to these objectives.
